Innovators School at futureSAX transfer network meeting

How does cutting-edge research find its way into practical application—and thus to where it can benefit the economy and society? 💡

At the futureSAX transfer network meeting on the topic of continuing education, Uwe Pöpping presented the HZDR Innovators School: the HZDR’s approach to thinking systematically about transfer and preparing researchers for the various paths from idea to marketable product. 🚀

Transfer is not a matter of chance, but requires a systematic approach that enables researchers to think beyond the horizon. With the HZDR Innovators School (a Helmholtz Transfer Academy), the HZDR, together with partners such as futureSAX, dresden|exists, TransferAllianz e.V., and HighTech Startbahn, specifically supports its researchers in identifying innovative solutions at an early stage, evaluating potential, and structuring the path to business and society.

Those present followed with great interest the presentation of the various qualification programs that the HZDR organizes and conducts, ranging from e-learning formats to individual coaching.

Thank you to futureSAX for the opportunity to give this presentation.
