
The HZDR Innovators School is one of five Helmholtz Transfer Academies. We support scientists at the HZDR with qualification and further training programmes to help them put their research results into practice or start a career in industry. The HZDR Innovators School is part of the Technology Transfer and Innovation Department at the HZDR.
Educate
We provide methods, basic knowledge on communication and development paths as well as ideas for funding or financially strong partnerships. Our basic offers are regularly supplemented by current offers.
Enable
We demonstrate and teach various methods and techniques that help scientists generate application-oriented ideas from their research and develop potential. We also support in validation and IP management.
Apply
The full potential of research only becomes apparent when it is applied – either in an established company or as a founder. We support scientists in founding, licence management and marketing.

The Helmholtz Transfer Academies
The HZDR Innovators School is one of five Helmholtz Transfer Academies. These cross-centre awareness and qualification programmes aim to strengthen and expand the innovation potential and transfer culture in the Helmholtz universe. This includes the establishment and expansion of accelerator programmes and entrepreneurship education initiatives, a wide range of offers for developing skills and methods, the teaching of entrepreneurial basics as well as networking and establishing contacts with helpful partners and companies.


HAFIS
Nine-month support programme for researchers and technicians to identify and implement their own transfer projects – whether knowledge or technology transfer.

Inno Super
Three-part training programme especially for supervisors who want to use the potential of transfer activities profitably for their team.

H3 Health Hub
Online platform for the field of life science entrepreneurship with offers for exchange, further training and joint, cross-centre projects.
