High levels of personal responsibility, performance pressure, and uncertainty shape early academic career stages. How can mental stability, focus, and sustainable performance be developed under these conditions?
This workshop helps to shape actively and healthily research environments and provides concrete, practice-tested tools to strengthen mental fitness, self-efficacy, and self-management.
In detail:
Day 1 focuses on mental self-regulation, attention management, and constructive ways of dealing with stress.Day 2 addresses self-management, emotional regulation, and orientation during challenging phases of academic work, with the aim of developing realistic routines and personal tool sets that are sustainable in the long term.
