Welcome & Exchange for (New) Postdocs [In-Person Event]

Starting a postdoc is more than starting a new job. It is a phase of qualification, orientation, and professional decision-making.
This 90-minute onboarding session, organized by the HZDR Career Center, is designed to support (new) postdocs. The session creates space to connect with peers, reflect on motivations and expectations, and gain orientation about available support structures at HZDR.
What can you expect?

exchange with other (new) postdocs in a small, interactive setting

an overview of Career Center services for postdocs, including workshops, coaching and individual consultations, company visits and networking opportunities, and many more

orientation regarding roles, responsibilities, and relevant guidelines at HZDR,
