Leadership & Supervision Connects – Exchange, Reflection, Strengthen Leadership Culture [In-Person Event]

Leading a (research) group and supervising doctoral researchers (and postdocs) mean navigating strategic goals, organisational frameworks, and the diverse needs of the people you work with – often at the same time.
Leadership & Supervision Connects offers group leaders and early-career group leaders a space to exchange experiences, reflect on leadership and supervision challenges, and learn from one another across disciplines and contexts.
The interactive session is structured around three perspectives – Strategy, Organisation, and People – and focuses on dialogue rather than solutions. The aim is not to develop action plans or best practices, but to support clarity, orientation, and confidence in your own leadership and supervisor role.
Whether you are new to a leadership position or have many years of experience, the format is designed to be valuable regardless of group size, leadership and supervision background.
