Unlock your career potential by aligning your professional path with your strengths and values. Join our group coaching to explore and clarify what truly matters to you – and shape your next career step with intention.
Through guided exercises, reflective discussions, and peer exchange, you will gain orientation and confidence in navigating your career decisions. Whether you are considering a pivot, aiming to advance, or seeking more meaningful work, this group coaching supports you in moving forward with clarity.
Dates:
Session 1: March 9, 2026 | 9:15 am to 1:30 pm
Session 2: April 10, 2026 | 9:15 am to 1:30 pm 
Session 3: May 11, 2026 | 9:15 am to 5:00 pm
+ Possibility of individual coaching upon request.
In detail:
Session 1: We will focus on your competencies, core values, and personal biography to help you gain a deeper understanding of your unique strengths and motivations.
Session 2: We will focus on your deepest desires and explore how you can move towards your goal with an energizing mantra that inspires and motivates you.
Session 3: We will celebrate with an „idea party.“ Gain valuable insights about career options both within and outside of academia after your PhD. 
Please note: Mandatory and preparatory tasks should be completed individually or in pairs before each session. Please allocate at least 1-2 hours for this (depending on individual motivation).

For whom? doctoral researchers in their second or subsequent year of doctoral studies and postdocs

Method: The group coaching format requires openness.
